परराष्ट्रमन्त्री शिशिर खनाल भारतका विदेशमन्त्री डा. एस जयशङ्करको निमन्त्रणामा यही आज जेठ २२ देखि २४ गतेसम्म भारतको औपचारिक भ्रमणमा जादैछन् ।
भ्रमणका क्रममा परराष्ट्रमन्त्री खनालले उनका समकक्षी डा. जयशङ्करसँग औपचारिक भेटवार्ता गर्ने परराष्ट्र मन्त्रालयले जनाएको छ । भेटमा उनिहरूबिच द्विपक्षीय व्यापार, लगानी, सम्पर्क, ऊर्जा तथा जनस्तरका सम्बन्धलगायत विषयमा छलफल हुने छ ।
उच्चस्तरीय भ्रमणको नियमित आदानप्रदानको एक हिस्साका रूपमा यस भ्रमणले नेपाल र भारतबिच रहीआएको बहुआयामिक सम्बन्धलाई अझ सुदृढ तुल्याउने सहयोग गर्ने विश्वास लिइएको छ । परराष्ट्रमन्त्री खनाल यही जेठ २४ गते काठमाडौँ फर्कने कार्यक्रम रहेको मन्त्रालयले जनाएको विज्ञप्तिमार्फत् जानकारी गराएको छ ।

Hon. Minister for Foreign Affairs Mr Shisir Khanal is paying an official visit to India from 5 to 7 June 2026 at the cordial invitation of the Minister of External Affairs of India, His Excellency Dr S. Jaishankar.
During the visit, Minister for Foreign Affairs Mr Khanal will hold a formal meeting with Minister of External Affairs of India Dr Jaishankar in New Delhi. The two sides will discuss matters of mutual interest, with a view to enhancing cooperation across key areas including trade, investment, connectivity, energy and people-to-people ties.
As part of regular exchange of high-level visits, this visit will further consolidate the enduring and multifaceted bilateral relations between Nepal and India.
The Minister for Foreign Affairs is scheduled to return to Kathmandu on 7 June 2026.
